eGO Real Estate is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users of the different websites it manages, and in this context it has prepared this Privacy Policy explaining our privacy practices and the options available regarding the way your information is collected and used.

1) Data Controller

eGO Real Estate (hereinafter “eGO Real Estate”) is a brand of Janela Digital – Informática e Telecomunicações, S.A. with headquarters at Rua da Criatividade Lote 6, Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, in 2500-216, Óbidos, with NIPC 504512501 (hereinafter “Janela Digital”) and is the entity responsible for processing the data.

2) What type of information is collected?

Personally identifiable information may be requested when requesting a service, subscribing to communications, accessing areas with mandatory registration or carrying out other activities on the website.

We may collect and process the following information about you:

1. Information such as name, telephone or mobile number, address, interests, marketing preferences and any other personal information relevant to the services we provide. This information may be provided when you register interest, subscribe to our services, forms or request information;
2. Correspondence or other types of contact you may establish with us;
3. Details of your visits to the website, including traffic data, web logs or other communication data and the features that you use, are also other data that may be collected.

There is no obligation to provide personal information, this being a decision made by the user. However, if you do not wish to provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to complete the subscription to services or obtain material available for download.

When visiting our websites, information such as IP address, domain name, among others, is collected. This information, together with the data provided, allows us to better personalize the user's visit.

3) How is the information collected used?

eGO Real Estate will collect, record, store and use your personal data in the following ways:

1. Provide information about new products or services, product updates, sending commercial newsletters, SMS, informative emails and surveys about future products or improvements;
2. Providing special offers that may be of interest to the user;
3. Creating content that is relevant to the user;
4. Barometer for creating and improving products and services that meet user needs;
5. To fulfill our obligations arising from any subscribed services;
6. Notify you of changes to our products and services;
7. Authorization to download documents or information materials, obtain access to services or participate in other activities chosen by the user;
8. Quickly find services or product information that is important to the user.

In cases other than those mentioned above, we will only use your email and mobile phone number to send you direct marketing communications (by email, notifications, WhatsApp, SMS or phone calls) if you have given your consent to this by ticking the relevant box.

The user, at any time, can exercise their rights and contact us through our Contact Form.

4) How is personal information protected?

To ensure the security of your personal information, we have established a series of security measures and multiple levels of protection. Your personal information is maintained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights, and are required to respect and maintain the confidential nature of such information.

Notwithstanding these measures, when you provide personal information on the Internet there is always a risk that it may be intercepted and used by third parties outside our control. While we make every effort to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide over the Internet.

5) Who has access to your personal information and to what extent?

Your personal information is not sold or rented to third parties. From time to time, we may contact you on behalf of a business partner about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.

Apart from the companies in the Janela Digital group, and for the purposes described above, we do not sell, exchange or transfer your personal information to third parties, in any way. You may at any time opt out of sharing your personal information with third parties. Such a request can be made through our contact page or simply via email.

6) Who manages personal information?

Both our Sites and the information collected are managed and controlled by Janela Digital. Janela Digital has its own server infrastructure located in mainland Portugal. We offer sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal information, which is managed in accordance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal information, as well as this privacy policy.

7) Communication and Marketing

eGO Real Estate communicates with users (by email, SMS or other channels) for the purposes of:

1. Marketing
2. Communications will only be sent if the user has given their prior consent (when legally required) or if there is a pre-existing contractual relationship that legitimizes the sending of communications related to similar products or services.
3. Support and Service Information:
4. Strictly necessary communications (e.g. maintenance, service changes) will be sent regardless of newsletter subscription, based on the legitimate interest of keeping the user informed about their account or any technical issues.

Users may at any time choose to unsubscribe or modify preferences for receiving marketing emails through our contact page or simply by sending an email. .

8) Links

In order to improve the services offered, we may include links to partner websites. Each website has its own privacy statements, so it is recommended that you read them when using them.

9) How long will eGO Real Estate keep my personal data?

We will store your data in our system for the time necessary for our activity or for the time specified in any contract concluded between eGO Real Estate and the user and/or the user's consent is maintained, as well as, when applicable, for monitoring possible legal responsibilities.

10) API Terms

Customers can access their eGO account information through an API (Application Program Interface). Any use of the API, including through a third-party product that accesses eGO, is subject to acceptance of the terms of this agreement together with the following specific terms:

You expressly understand and agree that eGO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, information or any other intangible losses (even if eGO has been advised of the possibility of such losses), resulting from your use of the API or third party products that access data via the API.

Abuse or excessive number of requests made to eGO via API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API. eGO will determine, at its own discretion, whether the use of the API is excessive or abusive. eGO will attempt to notify the account holder via email prior to suspension.

eGO reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the API (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

11) Cookies

Janela Digital services use cookies. A cookie is a unique text file that a website sends to your browser software that allows a website to customize the information displayed to you based on your browsing preferences.

Mandatory cookies are used to store and maintain visitor information, allowing us to determine their preferences, assist in filling out forms, as well as collect performance indicators, origin and time of access to the website.

We may use cookies to personalize your pages or to “remember” you when you register for products or services. If you do not want us to install cookies on your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies. Rejecting cookies will affect your ability to use some of the services on our website.

Cookies are also used to track visits to our websites. The information collected in this way helps us to optimize the content of the websites, navigation on them and their performance.

12) Options and cancellation

We offer different ways for you to request that we do not send you additional information. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making any corrections.

These policies may be changed, either due to changes in legislation or to cover new developments in the Internet itself. We therefore reserve the right to make any changes in this regard and we ask that you visit this page regularly as such changes may affect you as a visitor to our website.

14) Google Services

1. What happens when you integrate your Google account with the eGO Real Estate software?

   When you integrate your Google account with the eGO Real Estate software, we export relevant information so that you have a better experience of our service.

2. What data do we receive when you integrate with your Google account?

   The eGO Real Estate software receives the following data when integrating with your Google account:

   1. Google user: we receive all your data as a Google user, including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, email address and/or telephone number.

   2. Google Calendar: From your calendar, we import and export information about activities and events that are important to your business.

   3. Contacts: we process the contacts you have on Google and eGO Real Estate so that you can always have your client contact list synchronized.

   4. YouTube: we process the categories so that in the eGO Real Estate application you can choose the best site to upload videos of the properties.

3. Who has access to your data when you integrate your Google account?

   The recipients will be the account holder, Google and eGO Real Estate solely as administrator-level users, acting as supervisors.

   We will only import relevant information that concerns the integration into eGO Real Estate.

4. What happens to your data when you sign in to your Google account?

   When you are finished, your user data is deleted so that the eGO Real Estate software can no longer access it and synchronization with Google Calendar and Tasks will no longer occur. The imported information remains in the state of the last synchronization and can be deleted at any time in eGO Real Estate.

15) Integration of Instagram/Meta

eGO Real Estate values the privacy of its users. This section describes how we handle data obtained through integration with Meta APIs (Facebook and Instagram) for the property sharing service.

Data Collected:

• Account Identifiers: Instagram Business account ID and associated Page Name.
• Access Tokens: Long-lived tokens required to post on behalf of the user.
• Post Content: Images and captions of properties that the user explicitly selects to share.

Purpose of Data:

• Authenticate the connection between the eGO Real Estate CRM and the user's professional account.
• Allow direct posting of property content to the user's Instagram feed.

Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your Meta access data to third parties. This data is used solely within the CRM ecosystem to perform the tasks you define.

Security: Access tokens are securely stored in our database using encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

16) TikTok Integration (Third-Party Services)

When using the TikTok integration feature in eGO Real Estate, the following data processing conditions apply.

Data Collected: Through the official TikTok API, our platform accesses your Unique Identifier (Open ID) and authentication tokens (Access Token and Refresh Token) to ensure the connection between accounts.

Purpose of Processing: This data is used exclusively to allow the user to publish property photos, carousels, and videos directly from the eGO Real Estate CRM to their TikTok account.

Permissions (Scopes): We request only the permissions necessary to publish content (video.publish, video.upload) and to access basic profile information (user.info.basic).

Security and Retention: Your access tokens are encrypted and securely stored. Janela Digital does not store or share your login credentials.

User Control: The user may revoke access to the eGO Real Estate application at any time through the Security and Login settings in the TikTok application. If you wish to remove the connection between your CRM and TikTok and delete all stored access tokens, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings / Company menu in your CRM.
2. Locate the External Integrations submenu.
3. Find the TikTok section.
4. Click the "Log out" button.
5. After this action, our system will immediately delete the Access Token from our active databases.

17) Data Deletion

In accordance with Meta's policies, we provide a simple method for users to request the deletion of their data from our system.

How to delete your integration data: If you wish to remove the connection between your CRM and Instagram, as well as delete all stored access tokens, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings / Company menu in your CRM.
2. Locate the External Integrations submenu.
3. Find the Facebook/Instagram section.
4. Click the "Log out" button.
5. After this action, our system will immediately delete the Access Token and the Account ID from our active databases.

Alternative via Facebook: Users may also revoke the permissions of the application "Jd Social Post" directly in their Facebook account settings under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.

Support: For additional questions regarding data deletion, please contact our technical support using the official email associated with your eGO Real Estate account.

18) General Conditions

1. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or misuse any part of the Service, use of the service or access to the Service, without the written consent of eGO Real Estate.

2. eGO Real Estate may, but is not obligated to, remove Content and Accounts that contain Content which is deemed, according to our own criteria, illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise infringes or violates intellectual property.

3. Any verbal, physical, written or other type of abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) by the customer, employee, member or officer of eGO Real Estate will result in the immediate termination of the Account.

4. The user understands that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including its Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (i) transmissions through various networks; and (ii) modifications to comply with and adapt to the technical requirements of the networks or connection devices.

5. The user must not upload, post, host, or send unsolicited emails, SMS messages, or "spam".

6. The user must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

7. The user expressly understands and agrees that eGO Real Estate will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or any other intangible losses (even if eGO Real Estate has been advised of the possibility of such losses), resulting from:

   1. use or inability to use the service;

   2. the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased, messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the service;

   3. unauthorised access or alteration of your transmissions or data;

   4. statements or conduct of third parties regarding the service;

   5. or any other matter related to the subject.

   The failure or delay of eGO Real Estate to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
